Friends of The Babington Centre

Over the course of the year the Babington Centre is well used by many different groups and organisations. The main aim of the Trustees is to keep the facility as a well maintained and vibrant part of the community for future generations. We are always looking for people to be involved and to give whatever commitment they can whether that is as Trustees or as volunteers.

The Friends of the Babington Centre exists as a fundraising arm of the Charity. They work hard to raise funds which we aim to keep separate from running costs and are intended to enhance the facility. This funds for this website were raised by the hard work of Friends.

Whilst activities in the Centre can be popular there are people who choose not to leave their fires on a wet winter night. The Friends and trustees are developing different kinds of ways that you can contribute to maintaining the Babington Centre in the Village without leaving the comfort of your own arm chair.

We will develop a Facebook page for those of you who attended the Babington Centre as pupils. We think that this will be well supported and will be a way of reuniting people as well as keeping you informed.
